• Level III ED Trauma Center
• 1:4 ED & Clinic Call
• 4 & half day work week
• 16-22 patients per day
• Open ICU –18 surgical bed, 16 medical bed
• MLP provided
• Hospital employed
• Large primary care patient referral system
• EPIC EMR
