The TriHealth Heart & Vascular Institute (THVI) in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a fellowship-trained, BC/BE ADHF-TC to join our rapidly expanding Advanced Heart Failure Program. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is interested in practicing with our large group of supportive cardiologists while helping to develop and grow current and new heart failure programs:
ADHF/RFU/Decongestion Clinic - Amyloid/infiltrative Cardiomyopathy Center - Pulmonary Hypertension Clinic
Virtual HF Clinic - Cardio-Oncology Clinic - VAD Program
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with a strong desire to excel in a physician-led, patient-focused system of care. Practicing physicians along with new grads and Fellows in all years of training are welcome to apply.

THVI is a leader in the diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmias and offers a full range of options for the treatment of atrial fibrillation, including catheter ablation and minimally invasive-maze procedures. We excel in our delivery of diagnostic and interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiothoracic surgery, and vascular surgery services to our community, and we lead the region in performing minimally-invasive cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures.
Structural heart services performed by the progressive Cardiology team include Tavr, mitral clip and watchman. Our Advanced Heart Failure team boasts expertise in circulatory support and Lvad implantation. THVI also offers comprehensive cardiac imaging (Echocardiography, TEE, nuclear imaging, cardiac CT and cardiac MRI). Rounding service includes strong APP support.
Our Institute physicians are experts in Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery and Vascular Surgery. We are the top regional provider of acute heart attack care and consistently beat national benchmarks for time to treat by 30 minutes. We are a regional leader in cardiac research and clinical trials, offering our patients access to treatment options not available elsewhere.
