The Northern Indiana Health Care System (Mishawaka Community Based Outpatient Clinic) has opportunities for Primary Care providers.

Facility Description:

An expansion of services is underway for the northern sections of the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System (VANIHCS). The construction and lease of an 89,000 square foot outpatient clinic has been awarded in St. Joseph County, Mishawaka, Indiana. The new leased facility will be staffed by VA and will replace the current contract for primary care services in South Bend. The Mental Health Annex in South Bend will remain open.  The groundbreaking ceremony took place on October 2 and the facility is expected to be completed in fall of 2017.

The new, state-of-the-art clinic will offer primary medical care, expanded mental health care, social work/homeless, tele-health, laboratory, radiology, audiology, pharmacy, optometry, GI services, cardiology, dermatology, podiatry, endoscopy, urology, home based primary care, dietetics, physical therapy and rehab, compensation and pension examinations, and dispensing of prosthetics.
