Hospital employed Hospitalist group seeks additional internal medicine residency trained physicians to join robust, rapidly growing practice as a hospitalist. Southeast Alabama Medical Center is a 420 bed regional referral and level II trauma center. It manages its own hospitalist program. The current practice includes 26 full-time board- certified internal medicine hospitalist physicians.  12 physicians work during he 7 am to 7 pm shift. 3 physicians provide care during the 7 pm to 7 am shift. Average daily census is 15-20 patients per provider.
