Three member, well established family practice group seeks physicians to join their hospital employed, busy outpatient practice. Inpatient admissions and care
are provided by Southeast Alabama Medical Center Hospitalist group. Practice model includes 2 nurse practitioners.

 FACILITY Southeast Alabama Medical Center, a 420 bed facility established in 1957, is one of the largest not-for- profit tertiary referral centers in Alabama. Owned and operated by the Houston County Healthcare Authority, it serves over700,000 people in a 13 county, 75 mile radius around Dothan, Houston County and its surrounding tri-state (AL- FL- GA) area.

Located in the extreme southeast corner of Alabama, the city of Dothan offers a multitude of retail, recreational and cultural opportunities. SAMC is the first regional medical center in the country to construct an osteopathic medical college.

Classes  have begun at the new Alabama  College of Osteopathic Medicine [ACOM] the academic arm of the Houston County  Healthcare authority, which operates SAMC.  The 1st class of 163 students will graduate in May 2017

Robust business environment ranked #1 in retail sales per capita in Alabama, it offers excellent shopping opportunities, i.e., Barnes and Nobles, Target, Dillard's, etc) and restaurants (Olive Garden, Longhorn's, Outback, etc.
