As an ED Physician enjoy the support of highly-trained medical staff while working in this paperless environment. This fully accredited Level II Trauma Emergency Department volume is currently 14,000 per year with 9 modern patient treatment rooms. We offer an academic affiliation the West Virginia University School of Medicine; train medical students and residents, develop continuing medical education courses and pursue faculty appointments.  The VA offers opportunities to suit your professional skills and a diverse work environment to match your specific interests.

·         Board certified/ board eligible Emergency Department, Internal Medicine

·          Current, full, and unrestricted medical license from any state, territory or commonwealth or District of Columbia in the United States

·         Degree of Doctor of Medicine or an equivalent degree from an institution approved by the American Medical Colleges or the American Osteopathic Association



·          26 days paid annual vacation/personal leave per year
